About the role

Vivastar Entertainment Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and engaging Live Streamer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in our Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur office. As a Live Streamer, you will be the face and voice of delivering compelling live content that captivates and entertains our audiences across multiple streaming platforms. This role is strategically important to our content strategy and brand presence, as you will be instrumental in building community engagement, driving viewership and establishing Vivastar Entertainment as a leading entertainment platform in the digital space.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and execute high-quality live streaming sessions across Tiktok platform, ensuring consistent scheduling and reliability

• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop creative streaming concepts that align with brand objectives and audience interests

• Maintain professional presentation standards, including appearance, audio quality, video setup and technical equipment during broadcasts

• Monitor streaming metrics and audience analytics to understand viewer preferences and optimise content performance

• Adapt content delivery based on audience feedback and trending topics whilst maintaining brand integrity and messaging

• Promote upcoming streams through Tiktok to maximise viewership and engagement

• Develop and maintain a unique on-screen personality that resonates with our target demographic

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a live streamer, content creator or broadcaster

• Without experience also can apply

• Strong understanding of live streaming platforms and their unique audiences Tiktok

• Knowledge of content creation, video production and audio management

• Ability to work independently and take initiative whilst collaborating effectively with team members

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple broadcast schedules

• A genuine passion for entertainment and an understanding of current trends and audience preferences

• Familiarity with TikTok LIVE and audience growth strategies
