Live Streamer

About the role

Responsible for daily live streaming of the brand, presenting products and creating professional interactions with viewers to increase viewership, conversion rates, and sales from live streaming.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live streaming of the brand according to the set schedule, present products and communicate with viewers
• Present products by introducing highlights, features, and usage methods while stimulating purchase decisions
• Create interactions by answering viewer questions and comments, building a good atmosphere in the live room, and increasing engagement
• Promote sales by conducting activities, promotions, and campaigns during live streaming to increase conversion and sales
• Analyze and improve by monitoring live streaming performance data, analyzing issues, and continuously improving the live streaming format
• Coordinate with Operation, Content, and other teams to prepare products, content, and promotions before live streaming

About you

• Strong communication and speaking skills that are clear, charming, attention-grabbing, and able to solve problems on the spot
• Sales skills and understanding of live streaming timing, able to present product highlights (USPs), stimulate viewer engagement, and close sales effectively
• Good personality, confident on camera, good demeanor, energetic and able to create a bright atmosphere during live streaming at all times
• Able to quickly understand and learn product information (such as cosmetics, clothing, consumer goods) to answer questions and solve customer problems correctly
• Able to work well under pressure and support shift work (including night shifts or weekends), with responsibility and good teamwork
• Experience as a streamer or live shopping host for at least 1 year, with high sales performance (GMV) or bestselling products receiving special consideration
• Good understanding of regulations and algorithms of major e-commerce live streaming platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, or Lazada
