Responsibilities

• Host live streaming sessions to demonstrate products, share brand stories, and engage viewers actively.
• Promote products through dynamic demos and compelling storytelling to boost customer interest and sales.
• Manage social media accounts by creating content calendars, posting updates, and interacting with followers to grow our online community.
• Collect data on viewer engagement, feedback, and sales conversions to optimize future streams and marketing strategies.
• Build strong customer relationships by responding to questions, handling objections professionally, and providing excellent in-person or virtual customer service.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for event promotions, branding initiatives, and special campaigns to maximize reach.
• Represent the brand authentically during live sessions, ensuring consistent messaging and professional communication.

Skills

• Previous food service experience or retail store product knowledge is a plus for authentic product demonstrations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public settings and on camera.
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued for reaching diverse audiences effectively.
