Responsibilities

• Host live streaming sessions to promote products, showcase features, and engage viewers actively.
• Demonstrate product usage through live demos, highlighting key benefits and features to attract customer interest.
• Manage social media channels by creating engaging content, responding to comments, and growing our online presence.
• Collect data on viewer interactions, preferences, and feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve future broadcasts.
• Build strong relationships with viewers by providing excellent customer service, answering questions promptly, and fostering a welcoming environment.
• Promote products effectively through in-person customer service at events or retail locations when needed.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan event marketing campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or retail environments is highly desirable for understanding customer needs and product presentation.
• Strong data collection skills with the ability to analyze viewer engagement metrics for continuous improvement.
• Proven social media management experience with familiarity in platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or YouTube.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus for reaching diverse audiences effectively.
• Experience in event marketing or public speaking helps deliver confident presentations during live streams or in-person events.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sales objections professionally and build rapport quickly.
• Technical proficiency in streaming software, camera operation, and basic editing tools is preferred for smooth broadcasts.
