Streamer/Content Creator Opportunity | Brookfield, Wisconsin | Part-time | In person

At Regency Coins, livestreaming brings unique coins and collectibles to an audience of buyers and collectors. Our hosts make that experience engaging, informative, and entertaining, connecting with viewers while helping them discover their next purchase. We’re looking for a confident, sales-focused communicator who’s excited to host live auctions and grow with our expanding e-commerce business. No prior coin or collectibles knowledge is required; we’ll provide the training.

Description

As a Livestream Sales Host, you bring our products to life on camera. You will conduct live auctions, introduce inventory, answer questions, and build relationships with viewers while maintaining an efficient sales pace.

You’ll work with our inventory and fulfillment team to prepare organized shows, communicate product information accurately, and deliver a professional buying experience. This role combines presentation, customer engagement, and sales, with opportunities to develop your skills and earn additional compensation through performance.

Responsibilities

• Host live coin and collectible auctions with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
• Present products clearly and accurately using company-provided information.
• Engage viewers, respond to questions, and encourage participation and purchasing through honest, informed selling.
• Maintain an efficient show pace while giving buyers the information they need.
• Follow show plans, product sequences, pricing instructions, and inventory procedures.
• Coordinate with supporting team members to prepare inventory and keep shows running smoothly.
• Review performance, apply feedback, and work toward established sales targets.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills and comfort presenting on camera.
• Ability to engage an audience and communicate naturally in real time.
• A sales-focused mindset and motivation to work toward performance goals.
• Dependability, punctuality, and attention to instructions.
• Ability to learn new products, technology, and sales procedures.
• Availability to work scheduled shifts in person at our Brookfield office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales, livestreaming, hosting, retail, auctioneering, content creation, or customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to present products, build customer relationships, or achieve sales goals.
• Comfort responding to audience questions while maintaining a presentation’s pace.
• Interest in coins, collectibles, livestreaming, or content creation.

Pay & Benefits

Base pay is one part of the compensation package at Regency Coins. The base pay range for this role is $25–$30 per hour, depending on relevant experience and demonstrated skills.

This role also offers performance-based commission on specific items sold. Commission is not guaranteed and varies with individual and show performance. Details of the commission structure and performance targets will be provided during the hiring process.

You’ll receive paid training, access to a professional livestream setup, and company-provided inventory. As the business grows, there may be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities.

Schedule

This is a part-time, in-person position in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts may be available. Exact hours will depend on the show schedule and candidate availability. We are primarily seeking someone available for scheduled livestreams between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
