What they need
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in Live Streaming, Creator Platforms, or Social Media to expand our LATAM business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage live-streaming agencies, creators, hosts and KOLs.
- Build partnerships and drive agency/creator growth.
- Develop new business opportunities across LATAM.
- Manage partner relationships and performance.
- Achieve business and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in Business Development / Partnerships / Agency Management / Live Streaming.
- Strong LATAM market network preferred.
- Experience with TikTok, BIGO LIVE, Kwai, Likee, Tango, Uplive, Poppo Live or similar platforms is a strong plus.
- Spanish + English preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
