Live Streaming Host

About the role

As a Live Streaming Host, you will be the face of Puainta' brand and play an important role in creating an interactive and entertaining shopping experience through live streaming platforms. You will be responsible for presenting retail products in an engaging way, building engagement with viewers, and driving sales conversions in real-time. This position requires a charismatic personality, effective communication, and the ability to maintain high energy throughout broadcasts.

Key responsibilities

• Display and present retail products in an attractive, informative, and entertaining manner during live streaming sessions
• Build and maintain real-time engagement with viewers through interaction, response to comments, and questions
• Communicate product features, benefits, and special offers clearly and persuasively to drive purchases
• Collaborate with production and merchandising teams to ensure perfect live streaming preparation
• Maintain positive energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism throughout the duration of broadcasts
• Analyze viewer feedback and use insights to improve host performance in subsequent sessions
• Meet sales targets and KPIs established for each live streaming session
• Promote and reinforce Puainta' brand values through authentic personality and presentation

About you

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Live Streaming Host, MC, or similar presentation position in retail or e-commerce industry
• Excellent verbal communication skills with clear articulation and easily understood dialect
• Charismatic, energetic personality capable of bringing positive energy to every interaction
• Strong presentation and showmanship skills to attract and maintain audience attention
• Deep understanding of products, online shopping trends, and consumer behavior
• Ability to think quickly and respond spontaneously to viewer situations and questions
• Expertise in using live streaming platforms and social media
• Multitasking ability to manage presentation, audience interaction, and sales data simultaneously
• Target-oriented with focus on achieving KPIs and sales targets
• Professional attitude, reliability, and high dedication to work
• 6 Hari kerja dan 1 hari libur di weekday
• 1 Hari kerja terdapat 3 shift ( pagi, siang dan sore)
• Lokasi kantor di tanjung duren, jakarta barat
