Live Streaming Host Trainer

Glad2Glow Malaysia is hiring a Live Streaming Host Trainer to train, coach, and empower our livestream hosts to deliver engaging sessions and drive sales performance. Join our growing team and help elevate the livestream experience for one of Malaysia’s leading beauty brands!

Responsibilities:

• GMV & KPI Management: Set targets and monitor host performance against business goals
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics and prepare daily reports for management
• Host Training & Development: Train hosts on communication, presentation, engagement, and livestreaming skills
• SOP Implementation: Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure consistent livestream quality
• Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance assessments, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Livestream Host, Host Trainer, or in a relevant role
• Diploma in any relevant field
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team motivation skills
• Good knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Familiarity with TikTok and Shopee livestreaming policies, guidelines, and best practices

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
