Live Streaming Operation Leader

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Daily Livestream Operations: Manage livestream schedules, studio allocation, and operational readiness to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor & Analyze Performance: Track Live GMV, Live Contribution, GMV/Hour, Traffic, CTR, CTOR, and ROI to identify performance gaps.
• Drive Livestream Performance: Develop strategies to improve livestream traffic, engagement, conversion, and GMV.
• Manage Host Performance: Monitor host performance, provide feedback, manage schedules and replacements, and follow up on improvement areas.
• Plan & Execute Activations: Execute livestream campaigns, giveaways, gimmicks, special events, and other initiatives to drive traffic and engagement.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with Brand, Marketing, Host Trainer, Tech OP, Live Support, and platform teams to ensure smooth execution.
• SOP, Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Maintain SOPs, prepare performance reports, identify operational issues, and recommend data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Livestream, E-commerce, Operations, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and livestream operations.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and livestream KPI analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple brands, livestream sessions, and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, independent, and comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
• Experience managing hosts, livestream teams, or brand activations is a plus.
