What You'll Own

1. Daily live room performance

• Plan and run each session end to end: product lineup, run-of-show, pricing and promo mechanics
• Carry weekly and monthly GMV targets per room; read live data (traffic, GPM, conversion) and adjust offers, pacing and scripts mid-session
• Run post-live reviews and turn the numbers into a concrete plan for the next session

2. SBD and platform mega campaigns

• Work with the platform's category manager during SBD and mega day campaigns: submit product and deal nominations on time, meet the platform's requirements, and secure as much traffic and placement support as the campaign allows
• Deliver the live side of the campaign — session planning, exclusive SKUs, gifting, host briefing — so the traffic the platform sends us actually converts
• Line up the runway into campaign day: teaser content, KOL and affiliate seeding, paid ads
• Join post-campaign reviews and share what to repeat next time

3. Hosts and operating standards

• Recruit, coach and schedule live hosts; turn what works into scripts and SOPs so results don't depend on who is on camera
• Coordinate with marketing, merchandising and warehouse so every session has stock, offers and traffic lined up

Requirements

• Vietnamese native speaker with fluent English; Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus
• 3+ years in live commerce or e-commerce operations, hands-on with TikTok Shop or Shopee Live
• You have taken part in at least one Super Brand Day, mega sale or comparable platform campaign and understand how the platform allocates traffic and slots
• Comfortable owning a number and making calls under pressure while a session is live
• Able to work the schedule below, including evening slots and the Saturday rotation

Working Schedule

• Alternate Saturdays: a five-day week followed by a six-day week; Sunday off

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 15,000,000₫ - 23,000,000₫ per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
