Live Streaming Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor live streaming equipment, software, cameras, microphones, lighting, and other technical equipment.
• Set up and manage live streaming sessions for platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook.
• Monitor video and audio quality throughout the live stream and troubleshoot technical issues immediately.
• Manage scenes, overlays, product displays, graphics, transitions, and other live-streaming elements.
• Coordinate closely with Live Hosts, Content Creators, and E-commerce teams during live sessions.
• Ensure that featured cosmetics and personal care products are properly displayed and presented on screen.
• Monitor livestream comments, product links, pinned products, promotions, and other platform features.
• Assist in preparing the livestream setup, product lineup, scripts, and promotional materials.
• Conduct pre-live technical checks to ensure all equipment and internet connections are working properly.
• Monitor livestream performance and provide basic reports on technical issues and stream quality.
• Maintain and organize all livestream equipment and ensure proper handling and storage.
• Stay updated on livestreaming trends, platform features, and best practices.
• Perform other duties related to livestream production as assigned.

Qualifications

• With proven experience as a Live Streaming Operator, Livestream Technician, Streamer, or similar role.
• Experience in cosmetics, beauty, skincare, personal care, or e-commerce is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of livestreaming platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook.
• Familiarity with streaming software such as OBS Studio, Streamlabs, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of cameras, microphones, lighting, audio/video equipment, and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure during live broadcasts.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, or shifting schedules when required.
• E-commerce and live-selling experience is an advantage.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
