Live Streaming Operator (Night Shift)

About the Role

At Thai ABO Group, a subsidiary of Timing Plus Group, we are seeking a tech-savvy, proactive, and highly organized Live Stream Operator (Night Shift) to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our late-night live commerce broadcasts, managing the backend systems, troubleshooting technical setups, and driving operational success in real-time across platforms like TikTok Shop and Facebook.

Location: Thai ABO Group Co., Ltd. (Soi Narathiwas 4, near BTS Chong Nonsi)

Working Hours: Shift-based scheduling aligned with the company’s monthly live streaming calendar. (Requires night shift availability; 6 hours of active live stream operations per day).

What You Will Do

• Actively monitor, manage, and facilitate live streaming operations across TikTok Shop or any other designated company channels.
• Dynamically manage product listings, pin active links, update promotions, and flash accurate on-screen information during live sessions.
• Intercept and respond to customer inquiries via backend systems while providing real-time cues and coordination support to the live stream hosts.
• Track viewer traffic, engagement metrics, sales performance, and live e-commerce statistics as they happen.
• Set up and guarantee the readiness of all live streaming hardware (cameras, lighting, microphones), internet stability, and broadcasting software before going live.
• Liaise seamlessly with the Content, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to ensure accurate stock levels and flawless operational execution.
• Prepare comprehensive post-live analytical reports, capturing sales performance summaries and flagging technical or operational issues.
• Instantly troubleshoot and resolve unexpected technical glitches or operational disruptions during live broadcasts.
• Perform other duties and operational support tasks as assigned by management.

What We Are Looking For

• Solid knowledge and hands-on proficiency in using TikTok Shop, E-commerce backend systems, and specialized live stream management tools.
• Fully available and enthusiastic about committing to a consistent night shift schedule.
• Highly proficient in general computer applications and Microsoft Office.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented with the proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly responsible, capable of independent problem-solving under pressure, and quick on your feet when handling technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate fluidly between on-camera hosts and backend teams.
• Prior experience in Live Stream Operations, E-commerce management, or online store administration is a strong advantage.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese is a distinct plus.
