Live Streaming Operator/Producer

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Execution: Lead the pre-stream setup (lighting, sound, OBS/Streamlabs), instream

management, and post-stream analysis.

• Live Directing: Act as the director or producer during live sessions—cueing the host on

promotional highlights and monitoring the comment section for sentiment.

• Traffic Management: Execute strategies to boost room heat, including managing paid traffic

(TikTok/Meta ads/Google Ads) during the live window and coordinating sharing across social

groups.

• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the branding team to develop monthly live-streaming

calendars, script frameworks, and high-conversion "hook" strategies.

• Analytics & Reporting: Analyze post-stream data to optimize future performances.

• Technical Maintenance: Ensure all hardware (cameras, microphones, encoders) is updated

and maintained for zero-downtime broadcasts.

• Other ad-hoc job-related tasks

Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Fixed Monday Rest Day)

Working Hours: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in the live streaming industry (Broadcasting,

or E-commerce Live Streaming) or 3 years of highly relevant experience in Digital

Marketing, Live Event Production, or other related field.

• Expert-level knowledge of Meta Live Studio, TikTok Studio, OBS Studio, or other related live

streaming platforms

• Familiarity with professional lighting (Three-point setup), audio interfaces, and stable

network configurations.

• Ability to work in a fast and high-pressure environment where mistakes are public and

immediate.

• Strong ability to coach KOLs to improve their delivery based on real-time data.
