Responsibilities

Live Strategy

• Develop and execute live streaming strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan live schedules, campaign themes, and promotional activities.

Live Operations

• Manage daily live performance and ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor live metrics and continuously optimize conversion performance.

Traffic & Advertising

• Manage live advertising budget and traffic allocation.
• Optimize live ads to maximize ROI and incremental GMV.

Performance Analysis

• Analyze live performance, traffic sources, conversion, and customer behavior.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency and viewer engagement.

Host Management

• Work closely with hosts to improve live quality and sales performance.
• Provide operational guidance before, during, and after live sessions.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Branding, Affiliate, and Project teams to maximize campaign performance.

Core KPIs

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in TikTok Live Operations, Live Commerce, or E-commerce Operations.
• Experience managing live campaigns and advertising budgets is preferred.

Skills

• Strong understanding of TikTok Live ecosystem.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to optimize traffic, conversion, and operational efficiency.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Communication

• Working proficiency in English is required.

AI

• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar tools to improve operational efficiency and analysis.
