Live Support Operator (m/w/d)

Do you love football and are looking for a flexible part-time job directly connected to live sports? As a Live Support Operator, you work live during football matches with our tracking system and support our team in accurately recording players and key match situations in real time. This way, you help ensure our match data is reliable and precise.

Your Responsibilities

• You prepare the match: You set up systems, perform calibrations, and run tests before kickoff.
• You monitor the match: You keep track of tracking systems and data throughout the entire match.
• You communicate: You serve as the contact person for colleagues and other stakeholders during the match.
• You document: You create match reports and ensure data and information are properly saved.
• You work in a team: After the match, you hand over the data to the analysis teams.

What You Bring

• You are reliable, attentive, and like working with precision.
• You enjoy working with computers and digital tools.
• You enjoy working in a team and keep a clear head even in live situations.
• You speak fluent German and basic English.
• You are interested in football, sports data, or technology – prior experience in tracking is not required.
• You are willing to work evenings, weekends, and occasionally late at night.
