Livestream / E-Commerce Specialist

About the role

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of live streaming accounts on Shopee and TikTok platforms, managing performance metrics, and coordinating with internal teams to drive revenue growth and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of live streaming accounts on Shopee/Tiktok platform
• Schedule live streaming sessions and ensure timely execution
• Coordinate with live streaming hosts to plan and prepare content
• Monitor live streaming for quality and compliance with company standards
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for live streaming
• Develop and implement strategies to increase viewership and engagement
• Optimize content and promotional activities to drive revenue growth
• Conduct performance reviews and generate reports for management
• Assist the Operations Manager in planning and coordinating live streaming campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align live streaming activities with overall business goals

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in e-Commerce operations, live streaming, or digital marketing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in livestreaming software and tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
