Livestream Operation Executive

Responsibilities:

• In-House Host Management:

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage in-house hosts to maintain content quality and consistency.
  • Provide coaching and feedback on streaming performance, presentation skills, and audience engagement.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and optimize based on data

• Live Streaming Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy for livestreaming activities.
  • Strategize suitable ways to engage audiences during livestreams, promote interaction and develop a community around the brand.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to plan livestreaming content that aligns with the brands message and objectives
  • Stay updated on livestreaming platforms' features, trends and algorithms.
  • Optimize livestreaming content for different platform and audiences.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with live streaming equipment and software (e.g., OBS, Tiktok Studio, or similar tools).

• Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Flexible schedule to accommodate varied work hours, including weekends or evenings.

• Basic understanding of video production processes (e.g., editing, framing, and lighting).

• Familiarity with popular streaming platforms (e.g., Shopee, TikTok).

• Interested in the beauty and skincare industry, relevant working experience is preferred.

• Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in managing eCommerce platforms and tools.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
