Livestream Operations

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute integrated live commerce strategies that combine livestreams, short-form video content, and affiliate programs to maximize traffic, audience engagement, and GMV.
2. Collaborate with brand clients to define sales and marketing objectives, ensuring alignment with platform algorithms and audience behavior.
3. Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including ideation, scheduling, host coordination, production, and post-campaign performance analysis.
4. Lead the planning and optimization of livestream calendars to capitalize on key events, such as Double Digit Days, Payday Sales, and major platform campaigns.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Performance Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive storytelling, product readiness, and real-time fulfillment.
6. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, Enter Room Rate, GMV, and conversion rate, and provide actionable insights to improve future campaign performance.

Key Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in any field. A degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
2. 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in livestreaming, e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields.
3. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and industry trends, with experience in TikTok preferred.
4. Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, with confidence and comfort in front of the camera.
5. Charming personality, strong self-confidence, and a results-oriented mindset.
6. Strong strategic and creative thinking skills.
7. Ability to manage and resolve issues effectively in a fast-paced environment.
