About the role

MATTGELO CORPORATION is seeking a dynamic and engaging Livestream Seller to join our wholesale and consumer products team. This is a full-time position based in Manila City, Metro Manila. As a Livestream Seller, you will be at the forefront of our digital retail strategy, connecting directly with customers through live streaming platforms to showcase and sell our products. This role is critical to driving sales, building brand awareness, and creating memorable customer experiences in the rapidly growing e-commerce space.

Key responsibilities

• Host engaging and interactive livestream sessions on various e-commerce and social media platforms to present products to potential customers
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage in an enthusiastic and persuasive manner to drive sales conversions
• Respond promptly to customer questions and inquiries during livestreams, providing accurate product information and addressing concerns
• Build and maintain relationships with viewers, encouraging repeat viewership and customer loyalty
• Collaborate with the buying and merchandising teams to understand product specifications, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
• Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) established for livestream sessions
• Monitor viewer engagement metrics and adapt presentation strategies to maximise audience interaction and conversion rates
• Maintain detailed records of sales, viewer feedback, and performance data for analysis and reporting
• Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on product inventory levels and promotional schedules to optimise selling opportunities

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in livestream selling, e-commerce, or retail sales with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage audiences and articulate product benefits clearly
• Natural charisma, confidence, and comfort performing in front of cameras and live audiences
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections professionally
• Familiarity with popular livestreaming platforms and e-commerce channels used in the Philippines
• Basic understanding of consumer products, retail trends, and buying behaviour
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as livestream schedules may vary
• Proficiency in using social media and digital platforms for audience engagement and promotion
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and customer preferences
• Fluency in Filipino and English; additional language skills are advantageous
• High energy, positive attitude, and passion for delivering exceptional customer service
