Livestreaming E-Commerce Host

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic, driven, and charismatic host to be the hands, face, and voice of our rapid-fire live auction broadcasts across established e-commerce platforms. In this dynamic role, you will focus on driving sales, maximizing audience engagement, and maintaining a polished, on-brand presence. We are looking for someone who will share full ownership of the show's success from the moment the camera rolls to the final sign-off. This position is ideal for candidates who possess an inherent drive to succeed, a love for live sales, and the ability to confidently command a digital room.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead rapid, high-energy live auctions to drive sales and continuous audience engagement.
• Actively share ownership of the broadcast's success with a co-host, adapting in real-time to steer either the computer-based technical elements or the physical, on-camera inventory showcase.
• Participate heavily in any immediate pre-show preparation, studio setup, and post-show shutdown/debriefing.
• Continuously learn and master an extensive range of precious metal and numismatic products to speak confidently and accurately during broadcasts.
• Meet and exceed set milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs) for every show.
• Support live stream operations by executing pre- and post-show data entry for live broadcasts, assisting with physical inventory for broadcast, system maintenance, and post-stream inventory reconciliation.

• Clear, articulate communication skills with a polished, on-brand presence.
• Ability to charismatically navigate unscripted, on-air situations with complete professionalism.
• Proven ability to thrive and make quick decisions in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Natural competitive spirit with an inherent drive to succeed and hit sales goals.
• Eagerness to learn product lines and internal processes with a highly coachable attitude.
• Google Sheets or Excel experience recommended.
• Video Production skills and live streaming experience are a plus!

Position Details and Perks

• Compensation: Starting at $16.00 per hour
• Expected Hours: 40 hours
• Schedule: 12 PM - 9 PM, with a rotating schedule
