What they need

Position Overview

Impireum Psychiatric Group is seeking Associate Therapists (LCSW-A, LPC-A, LMFT-A) to join our growing, multi-state behavioral health team.

This role is designed for early-career clinicians who want more than just supervision hours—you’ll gain structured training, real clinical experience, and the opportunity to develop within a high-performance, integrated care model.

You will work under the supervision of fully licensed clinicians while delivering therapy in a system built around consistency, accountability, and measurable patient outcomes.

MUST BE OPEN TO CLIENTS ACROSS THE LIFESPAN (Children, Adolescents, and Adults)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual therapy under supervision using evidence-based approaches
  • Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and care teams
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in eClinicalWorks (eCW)
  • Participate in structured supervision and clinical development
  • Deliver care via in-person and hybrid settings

Qualifications:

  • Associate-level license: LCSW-A, LPC-A, LMFT-A (or equivalent)
  • Eligible for supervision under state guidelines
  • Strong communication and patient engagement skills
  • High level of accountability and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow structured workflows and documentation standards

Supervision & Development

  • Supervision provided by fully licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
  • Structured onboarding and training process
  • Clear expectations for clinical and documentation performance
  • Growth pathway to full licensure and advancement

What Makes This Role Different

  • Integrated psychiatry + therapy model (not siloed care)
  • Structured systems that support new clinicians
  • Real-world clinical experience with diverse patient populations
  • Performance-based environment with clear expectations

Compensation & Growth

  • Competitive salary (aligned with associate-level market by state)
  • Eligibility for performance-based incentives
  • Supervision support and licensure progression pathway
  • Opportunities for advancement into fully licensed roles

Ideal Candidate

  • Coachable, reliable, and growth-oriented
  • Strong attention to detail in documentation and patient care
  • Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment
  • Interested in long-term development within a multi-state organization

Why Join Impireum?

  • Multi-state clinical growth platform
  • Physician-led, integrated behavioral health model
  • Clear expectations, structured workflows, and strong culture
  • A place to learn, grow, and build a long-term clinical career
