LMS Administrator – Canvas

Department: LMS / System Administrator Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Experience: 1–3 Years Employment Type: 3 Months Contract Notice Period: Immediate To 30 Days

Responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance and support of the Canvas Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) across HQ and schools. Key duties include managing staff and student accounts, roles and permissions; supporting term and academic-year rollovers; maintaining course structures, enrolments and historical data; administering school sub-accounts and settings; and updating school course templates and blueprint courses. Ensure accurate data, consistent course content, effective access control and smooth system operations, while providing guidance and support to school administrators.

Desired Candidate Profile

Atleast 1 year of experience administering Canvas LMS or a similar learning management system. Previous experience in the education sector, preferably with schools or educational institutions. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and provide timely technical support.
