LMS Content Coordinator

Job Summary
We are looking for an LMS Content Coordinator to manage and verify digital educational content across the LMS, website, and book-linked resources. The candidate will coordinate with the Editorial and Technical Teams to ensure content accuracy, completeness, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify that all content and resources uploaded on the LMS are updated, accurate, and complete.
• Check and verify QR codes in books to ensure they are working correctly and linked to the appropriate resources.
• Review website content to ensure subject-related information is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with Editorial and Technical Teams regarding content, resources, updates, and corrections.
• Check whether Question Banks and other teacher/student resources for all book series are properly uploaded.
• Identify and track missing, incorrect, or outdated content and follow up for timely resolution.
• Maintain content verification records and status reports.

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail and quality-checking skills.
• Basic knowledge of LMS, websites, QR codes, and digital content.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualification
Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Education, or a related field. Experience in EdTech, educational publishing, LMS, or digital content management will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
