LMS Manager

Are you an experienced LMS professional who enjoys solving technical challenges, improving digital learning experiences and leading a team?

Laurus Education is looking for a proactive and technically skilled LMS Manager to oversee the administration, performance and continuous improvement of our Moodle and Canvas learning management systems.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with academic and technology teams across an international education group, take ownership of key learning platforms and contribute to the delivery of quality education.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and optimise Moodle and Canvas platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for students and educators.
• Oversee course configuration, user enrolments, permissions, assessments, gradebooks and reporting.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate platform upgrades, integrations and migrations.
• Collaborate with academic teams to ensure courses and learning resources are ready for delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve LMS functionality, reliability and user experience.
• Provide guidance and technical support to academic and administrative teams.
• Lead, mentor and supervise an LMS Officer.
• Work closely with Australian management and external technology providers.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on LMS administration experience.
• Demonstrated experience with both Moodle and Canvas is essential.
• A relevant qualification in IT, Educational Technology or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of LMS configuration, assessment tools, reporting and user management.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Strong English communication skills and confidence working with international stakeholders.

Highly regarded:

• Experience with SCORM, LTI, APIs and LMS integrations.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL or PHP.
• Experience supporting higher education or vocational training providers.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹67,000.00 per month
