What they need
The LMS Specialist will manage the company’s Dealer/Loan Management System (LMS), including system transactions, master data, user support, reporting, and system corrections. The role ensures accurate, secure, and properly documented system records and supports continuous process improvement.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
At least 2–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, credit, loan processing, dealership operations, or related functions
Preferably with hands-on experience using a Dealer/Loan Management System (LMS) or similar loan/financing platform
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling system and transaction data
Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Willing to work with company systems and processes and manage multiple tasks
Willing to work during holidays, as needed
