Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our dynamic wellness team. Duties

• Provide professional massage therapy sessions including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and other modalities tailored to client needs
• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop customized treatment plans
• Educate clients on self-care techniques and post-treatment recommendations to maximize benefits
• Maintain detailed records of treatments, client progress, and treatment plans in compliance with privacy standards
• Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and facility standards
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and provide exceptional customer service throughout each session
• Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education requirements to enhance your skills and certifications

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist (LMT) with active certification
• Proven experience in various massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments
• Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
• Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and adapt treatments accordingly
• Excellent client communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
• Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and first aid required or willing to obtain upon hire
• Prior experience working in med spa settings or with pain management is highly desirable
• Knowledge of occupational health practices and experience working with diverse populations preferred

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
