Load Auditor - 1st Shift

WB Warehousing & Logistics is seeking a Load Auditor to help ensure incoming and outgoing shipments are accurate, properly documented, and ready for the next step.

In this role, youll check product quantities, identify discrepancies, and work closely with our warehouse team to keep inventory accurate and customer orders on track.

Shift: Monday - Friday; 7AM to 3:30PM

What Youll Do

• Audit incoming and outgoing shipments to verify product counts, order accuracy, and supporting paperwork.
• Use RF scanners to check outbound shipments and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Identify damaged products, document audit findings, and report concerns to management.
• Work with warehouse team members to resolve discrepancies and make timely corrections.
• Notify loaders when audited pallets are complete and ready to load.
• Participate in inventory counts, including month-end and year-end counts.
• Maintain accurate audit reports, tracking records, and other required documentation.
• Follow company procedures for product control, quality, and safety.
• Help identify opportunities to improve warehouse accuracy and efficiency.

What Youll Bring

• Forklift experience required.
• RF scanner experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to prepare clear reports.
• Strong math, counting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and follow customer instructions and warehouse procedures.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
