At Hancock Lumber, we call this role an Order Coordinator. This is a hands-on position responsible for pulling building materials, assembling customer orders, and building delivery loads. Working closely with sales teams, yard personnel, and drivers, Load Builders ensure customers receive accurate, complete, and well-prepared deliveries.

Ability to work safely in a fast-paced lumberyard environment.
Ability to lift, carry, move, and handle building materials throughout the day.
Willingness to learn product knowledge and proper material-handling techniques.
