We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Loader to support equipment handling, receiving, inventory organization, and daily operational activities.

Position Overview

As a Loader, you will assist with receiving deliveries, loading and unloading security equipment, organizing materials, and preparing supplies for installation projects and service operations.

You will work closely with technicians and operations personnel to ensure equipment is handled safely, properly organized, and available when needed.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values teamwork, and takes pride in completing tasks accurately and efficiently.

Previous experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload security equipment, alarm components, cameras, cables, and installation supplies.
• Receive, inspect, sort, and organize incoming deliveries.
• Move equipment and materials between receiving, storage, and staging areas.
• Verify product labels, quantities, and basic shipping documentation.
• Inspect incoming equipment for visible damage and report discrepancies.
• Organize fire alarm devices, surveillance equipment, access control components, and related supplies.
• Prepare, pack, label, and stage equipment for installation projects and outgoing deliveries.
• Assist with organizing materials and supplies requested by installation and service technicians.
• Handle electronic devices and sensitive components carefully to prevent damage.
• Support basic inventory counts, stock organization, and material tracking.
• Use carts, hand trucks, and other approved material-handling equipment.
• Coordinate with technicians and operations staff to support daily equipment needs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe receiving and storage areas.
• Follow established safety procedures and proper equipment-handling practices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in loading, unloading, receiving, shipping, warehousing, or material handling is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic ability to read product labels, quantities, and shipping information.
• Comfortable performing physically active work throughout the shift.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, security systems, or installation materials is a plus.
• Commitment to workplace safety and careful equipment handling.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move boxes, equipment, and materials using appropriate assistance or handling tools.
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks in an active operational environment.
