We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Loader to support material handling, equipment organization, receiving, and daily operational activities.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values teamwork, and takes pride in completing tasks safely and efficiently.

Position Overview

As a Loader, you will assist with loading and unloading deliveries, organizing supplies and equipment, preparing outgoing shipments, and maintaining efficient material-handling operations.

You will work closely with operations and support personnel to ensure products, equipment, and materials are received, handled, stored, and prepared accurately.

Previous experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload packages, equipment, supplies, and other operational materials.
• Receive, inspect, sort, and organize incoming deliveries.
• Move materials between receiving, storage, staging, and shipping areas.
• Verify shipment labels, quantities, and basic delivery documentation.
• Inspect packages and equipment for visible damage and report discrepancies.
• Organize beauty and wellness supplies, promotional materials, and operational equipment.
• Prepare, pack, label, and stage outgoing shipments for delivery or distribution.
• Handle fragile equipment and sensitive products carefully to prevent damage.
• Assist with inventory organization, stock replenishment, and routine inventory counts.
• Operate carts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other approved material-handling equipment.
• Coordinate with operations personnel to support timely material preparation and distribution.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage and loading areas.
• Follow company safety procedures and proper material-handling practices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in loading, unloading, receiving, warehousing, shipping, or material handling is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to perform physically active work throughout the shift.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic ability to read shipping labels and delivery documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new procedures and responsibilities.
• Commitment to workplace safety and responsible equipment handling.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move packages and equipment using appropriate assistance or handling tools.
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks in an active operational environment.
