New Age Wraps is a creative graphics and vehicle wrapping company specializing in custom vehicle wraps, commercial fleet graphics, signage, banners, vinyl decals, and visual branding solutions.

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Loader to support daily material handling, production preparation, inventory organization, and order fulfillment activities.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values teamwork, and takes pride in handling materials safely and efficiently.

Position Overview

As a Loader, you will assist with receiving deliveries, loading and unloading materials, organizing supplies, and preparing finished products for customer pickup or shipment.

You will work closely with production and installation personnel to ensure materials are properly handled, organized, and available when needed.

Previous experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload vinyl rolls, signage materials, printed graphics, boxes, and production supplies.
• Receive, inspect, sort, and organize incoming deliveries.
• Move materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas.
• Verify product labels, quantities, and basic delivery documentation.
• Inspect materials for visible damage and report discrepancies.
• Handle vinyl films, printed graphics, banners, and signage carefully to prevent damage.
• Organize and stage materials for scheduled production and installation projects.
• Assist with preparing, packing, labeling, and securing completed customer orders.
• Prepare finished graphics, signs, and promotional materials for pickup or delivery.
• Maintain organized inventory and assist with routine stock counts.
• Support production staff with material preparation and supply replenishment.
• Use carts, hand trucks, and other approved material-handling equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe receiving, storage, and production areas.
• Follow company safety procedures and proper material-handling practices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in loading, receiving, shipping, warehouse operations, or material handling is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable performing physically active work throughout the shift.
• Ability to read product labels, quantities, and basic order information.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn production and material-handling procedures.
• Familiarity with signage, printing, vinyl materials, or graphics production is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials using appropriate assistance or handling equipment.
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks in an active production environment.
