Loader Driver – Midway Concrete

Midway is one of the largest local independent suppliers of concrete and quarry products in Victoria. We currently have four concrete plants in operation across Laverton North, Melton, Craigieburn and Lara.

Due to continued company growth, we are seeking experienced and motivated Loader Driver to join our operations at Craigieburn.

In your new role with us, you will be:

• Safely operating a front-end loader to load materials into trucks, hoppers, and bins

• Handling and stockpiling raw materials across the yard

• Conducting daily pre-start checks and general maintenance of the loader

• Ensuring accurate loading and following weighbridge or batching instructions

• Maintaining a clean and organised yard and work area

• Working collaboratively with plant operators, truck drivers, and other departments

• Front-end loader ticket or competency – essential

• Previous loader or quarry/yard experience (highly regarded)
