Loader Driver

About the Role:

Our Material Recovery Facilities ( MRF) are recycling plants. All the recycling bins come to us and our job is to sort them so that we can turn our rubbish into paper, glass, re-usable plastic and metal.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive a front-end loader
• Drive a Forklift
• Break up bales of plastic waste with the loader
• Perform prestart checks daily on the loader
• Grease, clean filters & blow out engine area
• Fuel loader as required
• Report any faults with the loader or equipment
• Maintain a safe working environment

You will have:

• A loader license with verification of competency (VOC)
• A forklift license is desirable
• Experience working around fixed plant equipment
• Able work overtime, weekends, and/or public holidays if required
