Loader Operator

Loader Operator
Captivated Construction | Halifax, NS
Seasonal | $30 to $33/hr | 20 hr/week pay guarantee

Some guys watch the storm from the window. You'll be the reason the parking lot exists by morning.

We need an experienced loader operator for the winter season. You'll be stacking, pushing, and hauling snow on commercial sites across Halifax. Big piles, tight corners, and nobody watching but the streetlights.

What you'll do:

• Clear and stack snow on commercial properties
• Load trucks for snow haul when needed
• Do your daily equipment checks
• Work with the plow and shovel crews to get sites done right

What we need:

• Loader experience. Real seat time, not a weekend on a buddy's machine
• Comfortable working around parked cars, buildings, and people
• Available nights, early mornings, and weekends through the season
• Reliable. When it snows, you answer the phone

You get 20 hours a week guaranteed, snow or no snow. Quiet weeks still pay.

Put in a good winter and there's a shot at summer work with our construction crew. We'd rather keep good people than go looking for new ones.

Pay: $30.00-$33.00 per hour
