Loader Operator

Onsite Ready Mix Sapulpa is seeking an experienced and safety-oriented Front-End full-time Loader Operator to join our growing team in our Sapulpa, OK location. As a loader operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a front-end loader to move heavy materials around our site.

• Operate front-end loader or other heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Load and unload materials into designated areas
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance checks
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite
• Follow company safety policies, procedures, and protocols
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and truck drivers
• Assist with other duties as needed around the job site.
• Other duties maybe assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
• At least 21 years of age
• Ability to perform well in a team environment
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work without direct supervision

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds on a routine basis

· Ability to sit, stand, kneel, crawl, bend, climb stairs and ladders, walk on uneven surfaces, reach, push, pull, use handheld tools, work overhead, and stay alert while driving.

Pay

• $16+/Hr
