Loader Operator

Job Summary Gordon Ramsay Burger - Boston is seeking a dependable, safety-focused, and hardworking Loader Operator to support daily restaurant operations and material-handling activities. The ideal candidate will assist with receiving, moving, loading, unloading, and organizing food, beverage, equipment, and restaurant supplies while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities - Load and unload food, beverage, equipment, and restaurant supply deliveries - Move and organize boxes, containers, supplies, and materials safely - Assist with receiving deliveries and checking items against delivery documents - Transport supplies to designated storage areas, refrigerators, freezers, and workstations - Organize deliveries to support efficient restaurant operations - Handle carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment safely - Assist with moving equipment, furniture, and supplies when required - Maintain clear and organized receiving and storage areas - Follow proper procedures for handling food, beverages, and restaurant supplies - Inspect deliveries for visible damage and report discrepancies to management - Assist kitchen and restaurant team members with supply movement during busy periods - Keep loading, receiving, storage, and service areas clean and free of hazards - Follow workplace safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures - Use required protective equipment and follow safe lifting practices - Assist with opening, closing, and other assigned operational duties - Perform additional responsibilities assigned by restaurant management Requirements - Previous loading, warehouse, delivery, restaurant, or material-handling experience is preferred but not required - Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull moderate to heavy loads - Strong attention to safety, organization, and detail - Ability to follow instructions and established procedures - Reliable, punctual, and responsible work ethic - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Comfortable working around loading areas, storage rooms, kitchens, and restaurant facilities - Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods - Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits - Competitive compensation - Flexible scheduling options - On-the-job training - Supportive and team-oriented work environment - Employee dining or discount opportunities may be available - Paid time off may be available - Opportunities for professional growth and advancement About the Company Gordon Ramsay Burger - Boston is focused on providing a high-quality burger and dining experience through carefully prepared food, professional hospitality, and efficient restaurant operations.
