Loader Operator

The Role: Leading, Guiding, and Directing

You will operate front loaders to load customer trucks, feed production, maintain stockpiles, and keep the yard organized. The role requires urgency, precision, equipment care, and an eye for safe and efficient loadout practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Truck Loading: Load customer and internal trucks accurately and efficiently while minimizing wait time and spillage.
• Stockpile Management: Build, maintain, and separate stockpiles to protect product quality and inventory control.
• Production Support: Feed hoppers, move material, and support site needs based on daily direction.
• Equipment Care: Complete inspections, monitor machine condition, and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Safety & Traffic Control: Follow site traffic plans, maintain visibility, and operate safely

around trucks, berms, and personnel.

Heavy Equipment Operator (HEO) - Front Loader

Location: Royse City, TX / Field-Based Operations

Type: Full-Time

• Housekeeping: Keep loadout, travel paths, and operating areas clean and organized.

• Meet Daily Loadout and Production Support Targets
• Truck Turn Time Managed to Site Standard
• 100% Completion of Daily Equipment Inspections
• 0 Preventable Product Contamination Incidents

Qualifications & Requirements

We need a productive loader operator who can move tons with discipline, protect quality, and

support profitable customer service.

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proven Track Record: Experience operating front loaders in aggregate, quarry, ready mix, asphalt, or heavy construction environments preferred.
• Operational Strength: Strong knowledge of safe loading, stockpile control, and efficient machine operation.
• Mechanical Awareness: Ability to recognize equipment issues and prevent avoidable downtime.
• Leadership DNA: Safe, dependable, productive, and responsive to site priorities.

Reports To:

Sandpit Director of Operations or Pit Supervisor

Pay: $18.26 - $20.75 per hour
