Loader Operator

Regional Group Australia (RGA) is a leading independent Australian construction material producer across regional NSW, VIC & QLD.

RGA are seeking an experienced and reliable Loader Operator to join the team at our Fairview Quarry, Banana QLD.

Duties Include, But Not Limited To

• Operate and maintain loader as required with daily operations
• Identifying and reporting repairs and maintenance items
• Optimising equipment without damaging it
• Embrace and adopt safety culture
• Assist in routine maintenance
• Complete daily pre-start checks on plant
• Participate in daily toolbox talks
• Develop a thorough understanding of RGA WHS policies and procedures
• Follow all instructions from Quarry Supervisor
• 5/2 roster with weekend work available

Required Skills And Experience

• Front end loader experience
• White Card
• Drivers licence
• RII tickets
• Excellent communication skills
• High drive and work ethic
• Well organised
• Good leadership qualities
• Willing to work extended hours where required
• Must be reliable, trustworthy and capable of working in a small team
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment prior to commencement on site
