Loader Operator (FEED)

Charoen Pokphand Foods Philippines Corporation operates vertically integrated agro-industrial and food businesses, including livestock (swine, broiler, layer, duck) and aquaculture (shrimp and fish). Our businesses are categorized into three - Feed, Farm and Food and we also operate retail and food outlets across the globe.

LOCATION: Gerona, Tarlac

Job Summary
Responsible for operating a loader to handle, transfer, and load raw materials within the feed manufacturing facility while ensuring efficient operations and compliance with safety standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a loader to move and transfer raw materials within the facility.
• Load and unload materials in designated areas.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections before and after operation.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.
• Follow safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
• Report equipment issues and operational concerns to the supervisor.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• High school graduate or vocational graduate.
• With NC II in Heavy Equipment Operation.
• With experience operating a loader or heavy equipment is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in basic equipment inspection and safety procedures.
• Physically fit and willing to work in a feed manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and overtime, as required.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions.

Pay: Php17,500.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
