What they need
L&G Portable Crushing & Materials is looking for a dependable Loader Operator to support operations at our Poway site. The operator will load customer trucks and keep the screening plant supplied with material while it is running.
Responsibilities
- Safely load customer and company trucks with the correct material and quantities.
- Feed material into the screening plant and keep it supplied during operation.
- Coordinate with plant operators, drivers, and other crew members to keep work moving efficiently.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Keep the work area clean and follow all site safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience operating a wheel loader in a quarry, recycling yard, or similar setting preferred.
- Ability to work safely around trucks, conveyors, and operating equipment.
- Reliable, attentive, and able to communicate clearly with the crew.
- Valid driver’s license
Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
Work Location: In person
