About the Role:

Neilsens Quality Gravels – Warril View, QLD

Neilsens is seeking an experienced Loader Operator / All-Rounder to join our team at our new Hard Rock Quarry at Warril View.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a new greenfield quarry operation, where no two days will necessarily be the same. With the quarry in its early stages of development, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to contribute to establishing and growing the operation while undertaking a variety of hands-on tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating front-end loaders safely and efficiently.
• Loading trucks and managing stockpiles.
• Assisting with general quarry operations and site development.
• Conducting routine pre-start inspections and basic equipment maintenance.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment.
• Assisting with general labouring and other duties as required.
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures.

About You:

• Proven experience operating front-end loaders, preferably in a quarry or similar environment.
• Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices.
• A reliable, motivated and hands-on approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks.
• Relevant plant operating competencies and licences, where required.
