Job Title: Loader / Unloader

PTI is currently hiring Loader/Unloaders to join our team! This position supports our production line by loading and unloading shaft parts and ensuring customer requirements are met.

Pay: Starting at $16.50 per hour
Shift: 7:00 AM- 5:00 PM

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
• Ability to follow established work rules
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments as instructed
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Job Duties

• Load and unload shaft parts to and from the production line by hand
• Apply masking to customer parts in specified areas
• Wear required PPE at all times
• Ensure customer requirements and quality standards are met
• Maintain 5S standards in the work area
• Follow all safety rules and procedures
• Participate in semi-annual work reviews
• Follow all ISO/IATF procedures and work instructions
• Perform other assigned duties as needed
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely perform essential job functions
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
• Ability to bend, twist, and turn safely during work tasks
