Our operators are vital to keeping operations running smoothly and safely. If you take pride in precision, enjoy working outdoors, and know your way around an articulated loader—this is the job for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Operate large articulated front-end loaders (up to 12 cubic yards) with safety and skill
• Maintain safety zones at beet piling grounds, using cones, hand tools, and loaders to keep areas clean and hazard-free
• Clear snow and debris from piling sites to ensure uninterrupted operation
• Perform thorough pre- and post-shift inspections on all loader systems, including brakes, fluids, lights, and safety features
• Keep your machine fueled, greased, and clean—ready to perform every shift
