Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload shipments using various materials handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and cranes
• Operate RF scanners to accurately track inventory movements and update warehouse records
• Assist with order picking activities to fulfill customer orders efficiently
• Conduct manual handling of goods, including heavy lifting and stacking, following proper safety protocols
• Ensure proper shipping and receiving procedures are followed in compliance with OSHA standards
• Maintain organized storage areas, including palletizing and stacking goods for optimal space utilization
• Support inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies promptly

Experience

• Previous warehouse distribution or logistics experience preferred, with familiarity in warehouse operations and materials handling
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, or material handling equipment is highly desirable
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and RF scanners is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments
• Strong manual handling skills with a focus on safety and efficiency
• Prior experience in shipping & receiving or order picker roles will be advantageous

Pay: $17.20 - $19.50 per hour
