Job Summary

Join our dynamic logistics team as a Loader/Unloader, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our beverage operations running smoothly. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading product and equipment, ensuring materials are handled safely and accurately. You will help maintain inventory, support event operations, and uphold safety standards. This position requires teamwork and attention to detail, and every task contributes directly to our operational success.

Duties

• Safely load and unload product and equipment from box trucks and vans.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for transport using pack lists.
• Conduct manual handling of materials, ensuring proper lifting techniques to prevent injury during heavy lifting tasks.
• Manage inventory by organizing stock in designated areas and updating records with inventory management systems.
• Assist in operating activities by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
• Follow safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards to maintain a secure work environment.
• Cleaning and maintaining supplies and equipment.
• Driving company vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to and from vendor locations and job sites safely.

Skills

• Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, and materials handling.
• Familiarity with workplace safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ability to work outdoors in summer or winter.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and shipment documentation accuracy.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, climb and perform repetitive motion.
• Excellent manual handling skills with a focus on safety during heavy lifting tasks.
• Must be over 21 to apply. Must have valid drivers license.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
