Loader/Unloader

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Loader/Unloader to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling materials, operating equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed throughout daily operations. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to smooth warehouse functions and support overall logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment safely and effectively to load and unload goods.
• Perform manual handling of materials, including heavy lifting, to move items within the warehouse.
• Use RF scanners to accurately track and manage inventory during loading and unloading activities.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
• Assist with general warehouse operations, including organizing storage areas and preparing shipments.
• Ensure the proper handling of materials to prevent damage or accidents during transfer.

Requirements

• Prior experience in material handling or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is advantageous.
• Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and manual handling tasks.
• Familiarity with RF scanners or similar inventory management tools is a plus.
• Strong adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
• Good communication skills and ability to work efficiently within a team environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
