JOB DESCRIPTION – LOADING ASSISTANT

Position: Loading Assistant
Shift: Day Shift / Night Shift
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading courier shipments safely and efficiently.
• Sorting and arranging parcels according to route, destination, and shipment type.
• Handling packages carefully to avoid damage or loss.
• Supporting hub operations during loading and dispatch activities.
• Moving packages between vehicles, storage areas, and sorting sections.
• Checking shipment quantities and ensuring proper handover.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the loading and storage areas.
• Following company safety and operational procedures.
• Performing other duties assigned by the Hub Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience in courier, logistics, warehouse, or loading/unloading work is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to handle packages.
• Ability to work in day or night shifts.
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of parcel handling and sorting is an advantage.
