Loading Bay Assistant

John M Munro Ltd is looking for a Loading Bay Operative to join our busy wholesale operation in Dingwall. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our business, ensuring customer orders are picked, loaded and dispatched accurately and on time.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:30pm
• Friday: 7:00am – 3:30pm

What you'll be doing

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Picking and preparing customer orders.
• Moving stock safely within chilled areas.
• Carrying out stock checks and maintaining accurate records.
• Keeping the loading bay clean, organised and safe.
• Working closely with production and dispatch teams to meet daily deadlines.

• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable with manual handling and working in a chilled environment.
• Good attention to detail.
• A team player who takes pride in doing the job properly.
• Previous warehouse or loading bay experience is beneficial but not essential.
