Loading Incharge – Forklift Operator / Driving Experience Preferred

Job Summary:

Sibi Polymers is looking for a responsible and active Loading Incharge to manage loading and unloading operations at our factory. The candidate will ensure proper handling of goods, worker coordination, safe material movement, and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods.
• Ensure correct quantity and quality of materials during dispatch.
• Coordinate with workers, forklift operators, and drivers for smooth operations.
• Operate a forklift for material handling, if qualified and authorised.
• Ensure proper stacking and safe movement of materials.
• Maintain loading records and dispatch details.
• Monitor worker attendance in the loading section.
• Prevent material damage and ensure product safety.
• Follow all safety procedures during loading, unloading, and material handling.
• Coordinate with the stores and production teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
• Experience in loading, unloading, warehouse, or factory operations preferred.
• Forklift operating experience is preferred.
• Candidates with driving experience will be given preference.
• Valid driving licence, if applicable to the vehicle or equipment operated.
• Ability to coordinate with workers and manage loading activities.
• Basic record-keeping skills.
• Physically active, responsible, and safety-conscious.
• Tamil communication skills required.
