Constellation Cold Logistics, headquartered in London, is a private equity-backed, pan-European cold storage and temperature-controlled logistics group focused on building a connected European platform by combining strong local businesses with the resources and capabilities of a wider international group. In February 2026, Constellation acquired the long-established German logistics business Wohlert, marking its entry into the German market. The business subsequently rebranded as Constellation Cold Logistics in October 2026.

We are looking for a Loading Supervisor to coordinate the team and support safe, reliable loading operations. Alongside team allocation and holiday planning, the role includes hands-on loading, order picking, documentation and use of our warehouse management and scanning systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate work across the team and coordinate holiday planning.
• Communicate closely with the office to support an efficient flow of work.
• Load and unload lorries and containers using electric material-handling equipment.
• Pick, label and repack food products.
• Complete the required operational documentation.
• Use the warehouse management system and available scanning technology.
• Work Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 23:30, plus one to two Saturdays or Sundays per month.
